Pakistani cuisine with a twist of middle eastern flavours. We like to source local food when possible. We also buy from Hampshire-based retailers. We work with a zero-waste food policy where everything is only cooked for ordered food, and it's cooked from scratch. We only use washed, sterilised jars and tubs and ask our consumers to return those items so we can reuse them. No single-use plastic is consumed in Saira's Kitchen, and we are very proud of it.

Burgers/ hotdogs/ fries/ hog roast/ candyfloss We specialise in outdoor BBQ for events, we have 2 gazebos. But as well as the usual meals we do a range of vegan plant based hotdogs and burgers. We use 100% recyclable packaging, eggs from a local Winchester farm.
